Problems with displaying the values of the Aeon Labs Multisensor

Problem:

In case the real values for the temperature, humidity and lightning are not displayed, whether you have used a device on the Fibaro or Vera control unit.

Solution:

Update the firmware of the device.

Procedure:

Connect the device using the Mini USB cable.

Go to this link and download the firmware, version 1.18 for the EU frequency.

Start the downloaded file and push update.

The firmware starts to be downloaded into the device.

The upgrade has been successfully finished.

The Fibaro System

Adding the device:

• Set the unit into the Learning mode – to add the device into the system.
• Add or remove device -> Add -> During the countdown push the button on the device under the its cover.

After adding it you can see these controller (informative) icons in the Devices menu.

Finally, it is recommended to change the Polling setting. Enter the Advanced (advanced settings) of the device.

For the Polling time interval option set Device will be polled at periodic intervals.

The recommended time interval is 360 seconds to get the access to the current data. Push Polling this device and finally save the setting – Save.
