Warranty claim

The complaint goods shall be sent with:

  • a completed letter of complaint with a description of the defect goods
  • copy of invoice
  • defective goods, which must be adequately packed and ready for transport in order to avoid damage
  • please inform us via email about dispatch of the claimed goods and also send us the tracking number of shipment
  • please send the shipment via courier service. We do not accept shipments sent via Post services !

Return of goods (Withdrawal from contract)

the buyer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery. However, according to the Terms & conditions of use is required to do the following:

  • withdrawal notify the seller by e-mail
  • fill up withdrawal form with description of the defect
  • send purchased goods which is not used, it must be complete with accessories and we recommend that you pack the goods in the original packaging
  • please inform us via email about dispatch of the goods and also send us the tracking number of shipment
  • please send the shipment via courier service. We do not accept shipments sent via Slovenská Pošta !
