General Conditions 10 Years of Homey campaign.

Welcome to the 10 Years of Homey campaign!

In this document we describe the general conditions and requirements for consumers to be eligible for the 10 Years of Homey campaign.

In short: During the Campaign Period, every 10th customer who purchases a Homey device, either Homey Pro or Homey Bridge, is eligible to receive their money back: every 10th eligible submission to our cashback will receive a full refund for the purchased Homey device.

How it works

All Homey Pro and/or Homey Bridge sales in the Campaign Period are valid for participation. The Campaign Period is 24-05-2024 until 02-06-2024.

To participate, consumers can send in the invoice of their purchase to Athom via the email address 10years@homey.app, together with the serial number of their Homey device. The serial number can be found printed on the bottom of every device.

Every 10th submission that is eligible, will receive his/her complete money back. Winners are selected by Athom based on the time of which the submission-email is received.

Every purchase can only enter once.

Eligibility Conditions

1. Homey Pro or Homey Bridge must be bought during the Campaign Period at one of our partners/retailers or on homey.app. The Campaign Period lasts from 24-05-2024 until 02-06-2024.

2. Customers deem to send in their invoice or a picture of their receipt, together with the serial number of their Homey device by a single email to 10years@homey.app. This can be done from the start of the Campaign Period until 30-06-2024.

3. Winners will be informed per email by Athom on a rolling basis. All winners will be announced before or on July 14th, 2024 at the latest. Orders that are canceled or returned at the time of submission or at the time of refund will not count as eligible.

4. Every purchase / order can only enter once.

5. Every person can only enter once.

6. Duplicate submissions for orders will result in ineligibility of all these orders.

7. Athom’s appointment of the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into on this decision.

General Conditions

Athom reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion if it is not capable of running as planned due to any reason beyond Athom's reasonable control.

Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Athom reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The promotion is subject to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Athom B.V., which can be found on https://legal.athom.com. The promotion, this document and the aforementioned terms are governed by the law of The Netherlands, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
