Packeta offers the flexibility to collect in person from a number of collection points and parcel machines in different countries, even with cash on delivery.

You will find out whether this transport is also available for you at checkout after selecting the country of delivery.

For B2C clients in the EU:
The amount of VAT is automatically set according to the country of delivery in step 2 of the checkout. For example, 20% for customers from the Slovak Republic, 21% for the Czech Republic, and similar for each country of the European Union.

For companies/B2B clients in the EU:
Corporate clients from EU countries with a valid VAT number buy without VAT !
In the 2nd or 3rd step at the checkout, after entering the VAT number, verification takes place in the VIES database. If the entered VAT number is valid, the VAT is automatically removed and the order is VAT-free.

For clients outside the EU:
Clients outside the EU do not pay VAT. In the 2nd step of the checkout, after selecting a delivery country outside the European Union, VAT is automatically removed and the order is VAT-free.
