My usecase might be a bit weird, but it works.
I've "glued" the G410 to my door directly instead of the frame and used spring connectors that provide a power connection from the frame to the door.
This means that when the door is open the G410 work via batteries and once closed it switches immediately to external power mode. I have not discovered any issues from the constant switching.
The only issue I have is that RTSP is a bit slower than one would expect - I've connected it to Home Assistant and it usually takes a few seconds for the image to appear.
Automation works as expected, both AQARA and HA.
In HA, I have a door that is visible from my G410 and it uses AQARA Door and Window Sensor P2 - when the door is open I'm able to do a screenshot of the current RTSP stream and send a notification to my phone.
