USB Passthrough: Remote USB via LAN (USB-over-TCP/IP)

A major advantage of the SLZB-06MU model from SMLIGHT is its high-quality USB passthrough mode, which functions as a remote USB bridge over Ethernet. You can connect an additional USB adapter to the device – such as a Z-Wave dongle, BLE module, or other standard USB serial device – and make it accessible to your smart home platform over the local network using TCP/IP (refer to the limitations stated in the datasheet).
