Connect your speakers to the AM160 to turn them into a powerful and affordable MULTIROOM system

With an elegant brushed aluminium case, the iEAST AM160 stereo amplifier develops 2x 80W (under 8 Ohms, with power supply provided) and therefore allows you to manage the majority of Hi-Fi speakers on the market. It has the Pure Direct function which gives the audio signal a more direct pathway, thus enabling the quality of sound playback to be improved, all the while maintaining the level of power. 

It enables you to stream all the music stored on your smartphone, NAS (Synology, Qnap,…) or hard drive, streaming service, WebRadio, or any other DLNA / AirPlay / UPnP-compatible source in the rooms you wish. It is Multiroom compatible and can interface with home-automation systems.

Its USB port on the front and AUX input will enable you to connect music in order to play it through the device or on one or more other product(s) of the iEAST range.

Thanks to WPS technology, the AM160 connects to your Wifi network in a few seconds, so you can immediately start to listen to your music on the speakers of your choice. You can also connect it to your local network via its Ethernet RJ45 port. 

It is compatible with a wide range of applications and online music streaming services such as Spotify, TuneIn, iTunes, Qobuz, vTuner, etc., either via the "iEAST Play" application or via AirPlay. There are constant additions to the list of compatible services. 

But that is not all! Like all the other products of the iEAST range, the AM160 has an API which enables it to be controlled by home-automation controllers or third-party applications. For example, there is a FIBAR plug-in to enable your iEAST products to be controlled by a FIBARO controller. 

An "iEAST Play" application is available on Android and iOS in order to control your iEAST products, access your music and easily manage the multi-room function.

The multiroom function synchronises your iEAST products to play the same music on all your iEAST players. The playback will be perfectly synchronised and you will be able to move between rooms without noticing a delay in playback. Place your equipment in the same multiroom group, or create several different multiroom groups. Up to several dozen players can be used jointly in multi-room mode. Multiroom audio has never been so simple and affordable!
